Chart Review and Coding
Rates are per hour. A certified coder reviews charts and/or current dictation to report over or under-coding, missed procedures, use of modifiers for maximum reimbursement, and possibility of bundling. Coding rates are separate from billing rates.
Billing
Charges and receipts are entered within 24 hours of receipt. Claims are sent electronically for speedy payment. We use Gateway EDI, a local clearinghouse for claims. EOB’s are reviewed for accuracy of payment. All denials are reviewed and appealed as necessary until resolution of the claim is achieved.

No additional charge for patient statements. Patient responsibility is billed to the patient on a monthly statement. Our phone number is on the statement so your staff is not interrupted with billing calls.
Rate is per hour. Physician credentialling is an ongoing office responsibility. If not done correctly, it can delay insurance payments and certainly affect your revenue. We will complete online or paper forms, update CAQH, apply for participation in insurance plans as well as hospital privileges. After completing applications, we continually contact the entity until an effective date has been established.
